This tea consist of herbs to help stimulate, unblock and open the 7th chakra your Crown chakra, located at the top of your head. The color associated with his chakra is white/violet. Solely focus on healing the crown  chakra for 7 days.  

Directions: Boil 8 c of spring water, add 2stps to tea bag or add as loose leaf, steep for 15-20 minutes, and drink 1-2x’s a day along with meditation instructions provided.
